Kathleen Andrews holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Violin Performance from Eastern Michigan University, where she was concertmaster of the Symphony Orchestra for three years. During her years at EMU, she was active in chamber music and baroque ensembles and was featured as a soloist with the Collegium Musicum several times. For several years, Kathleen worked as a freelance violinist and violist and an instrument specialist at Shar Music in Ann Arbor, MI. She has ten years of experience teaching children and adults ages 3 and up. Kathleen is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from the Hartt School of Music in Violin Performance and Suzuki Pedagogy.
