BackBeat

BackBeat show choir is open to high school students only

BackBeat is our oldest and most experienced Show Choir. BackBeat is a positive environment for high school students to be challenged and inspired, working together to create a cohesive group of vocalists and dancers requested for performances across the Connecticut region. A typical BackBeat class involves a vocal warm-up, team building exercises, and rehearsals of material that will be shared at our end of semester Learn Love performance. Once a week, students work with our Hip-Hop instructor, making them something truly special to witness at any performance. Students are encouraged to suggest music that they are passionate about to incorporate into their repertoire.

BackBeat meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 and follows the Glastonbury Public School Schedule. For specific dates see our Class Schedule and our Calendar. Feel free to contact us for more information.

BackLash

BackLash show choir is open to middle school students only.
Placement of younger students into this show choir is at the discression of the musical director.

Similar to our BackBeat show choir, BackLash is a positive, energetic environment for middle school students wanting to be challenged and inspired in much the same way their high school counterparts are, but with children their own age. As with BackBeat, class includes a vocal warm-up, team building, and rehearsals of material that will also be shared in our end of semester Learn Love performance. Students will be exposed to hip-hop choreography with our Hip-Hop instructor, making them just as wonderful to watch as BackBeat.

BackLash meets twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 – 5:30 and follows the Glastonbury Public School Schedule. For specific dates see our Class Schedule and our Calendar. Feel free to contact us for more information.
